About these terms

This website is operated by Napkin Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10338310, whose registered office is at Park Mill Burydell Lane, Park Street, St. Albans, England, AL2 2EZ. WhatTrade AI is a trading name of Napkin Group Limited. By using the website you agree to these terms.

These terms cover this pre-launch website only. Separate written terms will apply to the WhatTrade AI service itself and will be given to construction companies and to labourers before any work is arranged. Labourers will also be given a Key Information Document before they are asked to agree those terms.

The service has not launched

WhatTrade AI is preparing to launch. We do not currently supply labour, offer work, take bookings or process payments. Descriptions of the service on this website, including the example conversation, explain how the service is intended to work and are for illustration only. Features, areas covered, availability and pricing may change before launch.

When the service launches, Napkin Group Limited will act as an employment business in relation to the labouring work described on this website, all of which will be temporary work. We will begin with general construction labourers. Registration is open across the United Kingdom, and our initial focus is Hertfordshire and North London.

Registering your interest

Registering your interest adds you to our launch list so that we can contact you. It is free. It does not create a contract between you and us to supply or to carry out work, and it does not oblige you to use the service.

Registering as a construction company does not guarantee that labour will be available. If you tell us you have an immediate requirement, we record it as an enquiry only: it is not a booking, and we cannot yet supply labourers. Registering as a labourer is not an offer of work and does not guarantee work, earnings or engagement of any kind. We never charge labourers a fee for finding them work.

Please make sure the details you give us are accurate and are your own, or that you have permission to provide them. What you tell us about your experience and CSCS card is recorded as your own statement and will be checked before any work is offered. You can update your details or remove yourself from the list at any time.

Pricing information

Our planned agency fee of 10% is subject to final operating arrangements. It is not an offer or a quotation, and nothing on this website is a promise of any particular rate of pay, saving or cost. Confirmed pricing and pay rates will be provided in writing before any booking is made.

Using this website

You must not misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with its operation, or submitting false, automated or unlawful content through its forms.

Intellectual property

The WhatTrade AI name, logo and the content of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own information, but you may not reuse our content commercially without our permission.

WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. WhatTrade AI is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided for general information ahead of our launch and we do not promise that it will always be available or free from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
