Why we are aiming for 10%
A traditional labour agency carries a lot of administration: taking requests, ringing round, chasing confirmations and handling paperwork. WhatTrade AI is being built to do that work through automation.
Our aim is to reduce agency overhead and pass the benefit to both sides of the construction labour market: lower costs for construction companies, and better earning opportunities for labourers.
What is confirmed, and what is not
- Our planned agency fee is 10%, subject to final operating arrangements. It is not a quotation.
- Labour rates have not been published yet. They will be confirmed before the service launches.
- Final pricing and terms will be provided to you in writing before you make any booking.
- Labourers are never charged a fee for finding work.
