Our mission

WhatTrade AI is an AI-powered construction labour agency, built to work primarily through WhatsApp. We believe a fairer construction industry is possible: one where less of the money spent on labour is absorbed by agency administration, and more of it stays with the companies doing the building and the people doing the work.

How we plan to do it

We are using AI to take on the routine administration of a traditional recruitment agency. By reducing that overhead, we aim to operate with a planned agency fee of just 10% and pass the efficiency on to both sides of the construction labour market.

Starting with general labourers

We are beginning with one thing and aiming to do it well: connecting general construction labourers with construction companies across the UK. Our initial recruitment focus is Hertfordshire and North London, and labourers and companies anywhere in the UK can register.

Labourers can register now. Employment, assignments and bookings are not yet available, and registering does not guarantee work. If you run a construction company, or you work as a general labourer, we would like to hear from you now so that we can contact you when the service becomes available.
