What we are building for you

A low agency fee

Our low agency fee is designed to leave more money available for workers. Our planned agency fee is just 10%, subject to final operating arrangements, and we will never charge you a fee for finding you work.

Work matched to your journey

Tell us where you will work, how you travel and how long a journey you will accept. Our aim is to offer you general labouring work that is realistic to get to.

Transparent payment arrangements

We intend to make it clear what a job pays and how you will be paid before you accept it.

No agency app to download

The service is designed to run through WhatsApp, which you probably already use. No new app and no paperwork.

Who can register? Experienced and entry-level general construction labourers, with or without a CSCS card, anywhere in the UK. Some construction sites require a valid CSCS card or other qualifications, and we will only consider you for work you are eligible to do.

Labourer registration is open. Employment, assignments and bookings are not yet available. Registering is free and is not an offer of work: it does not guarantee work, pay rates or earnings. We are starting with general construction labouring. Our initial recruitment focus is Hertfordshire and North London, and we will be in touch as we prepare to launch. The work will be temporary. Before we look for any work for you, you will be given a Key Information Document and written terms to agree.
